Orders Deliveries & Returns
Ordering
We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock. If we can't fulfil your order due to products being unavailable, we will email you to offer either a refund or a later delivery date if possible.
All payments are processed through Stripe. It's a safe and secure way of making payments online. Take a look at their website for more information.
DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days, however at busy times we may take up to a week. Orders placed at the weekend or Bank holiday will be processed from the next working day. Orders are sent first class Royal Mail or by EVRI. Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout.
For orders outside of the UK, any import duty or local sales taxes will need to be paid for by yourself on receipt of the shipment. Laura Knight Studio is not responsible for any additional charges incurred when goods are imported into your chosen country.
RETURNS
We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If not, we can offer a full refund, as long as it is returned to us in it's original condition, within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note, postage costs will not be refunded. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt for any items which you post back to us. A refund can only be issued once we have received the returned item in a resalable condition.

If your item arrives and it is damaged, please email detailed photos of the product so we can replace it for you.
